The Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam Fellowship Programme (VUFP) 2026 offers full tuition fee coverage for outstanding non-EU/EEA international students pursuing Master’s degrees in the Netherlands. It is one of the most prestigious funding opportunities at VU Amsterdam, located in the heart of Amsterdam. The program supports academic excellence, global leadership, and intercultural understanding, providing students with access to high-quality English-taught Master’s programs across disciplines such as social sciences, engineering, law, business, and health sciences.

Applicants must not hold Dutch nationality.
Must have achieved a Bachelor’s GPA equivalent to a Dutch 8.0/10.
Must be conditionally or unconditionally admitted to a full-time English-taught Master’s program starting September 2026.
Bachelor’s degree must have been earned outside the Netherlands.
Applicants cannot apply for joint-degree or February intake programs.
