Southeast University (SEU), located in Nanjing, the ancient capital city of six dynasties, is a prestigious institution of higher learning renowned both at home and abroad. The Southeast University Chinese Government Scholarship 2026 (SEU CSC Scholarship) is a fully funded program under the Chinese Government Scholarship – Chinese University Program. It provides international students with the opportunity to pursue Master’s or PhD studies at Southeast University (SEU), one of China’s top-ranked institutions known for excellence in engineering, science, and technology. The scholarship covers all major expenses, including tuition, accommodation, living stipend, and medical insurance, enabling students to focus on academic and research excellence in a supportive environment.
Non-Chinese citizens in good health; open to all international students outside China, including graduates of Chinese universities.
Master’s applicants must be under 35 years old.
