Scholarship description

The Reach Oxford Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded undergraduate scholarship for talented students from low-income and developing countries who cannot pursue higher education in their home country due to financial or political reasons. It provides full tuition coverage, living expenses, and annual return airfare. The scholarship lasts for 3–4 years depending on the degree program and allows students to study a wide range of subjects at the University of Oxford.

Who can apply

  • Applicants must be nationals of countries receiving official development assistance (DAC list by OECD).

  • Must show strong academic performance.

  • Must demonstrate financial need and preferably community service involvement.

  • Applicants who have never been enrolled in any undergraduate program before.

  • Students unable to pursue higher education in their home country.

  • Must intend to return to their home country after completing the degree.

Application Form

  • Apply for admission to Oxford via UCAS (by 15 October 2025).

  • Once admitted, submit the Reach Oxford Scholarship application (between 14 January – 4 February 2026).

  • Application requires: personal statement, academic references, financial details, and supporting documents.
