Scholarship description
The Lee Kuan Yew PhD Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded doctoral scholarship offered by the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. It supports exceptional candidates with strong academic backgrounds and research potential in public policy, governance, and related social science fields. The scholarship covers tuition fees, provides a generous monthly stipend, and includes CPF contributions for Singapore Citizens. Recipients are not required to serve any bond. The program offers rigorous training, access to world-class faculty, and opportunities for impactful research in public policy and international affairs.
Who can apply
Open to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and international students.Applicants must have a relevant Master’s degree (with at least 2 years of work experience preferred). Strong academic records, research potential, and interest in public policy or social sciences are required. GRE scores are strongly encouraged, and English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS) is required if previous degrees were not taught in English.
