Scholarship description
The Global Korea Scholarship (GKS-U) 2026 is a fully funded undergraduate scholarship managed by NIIED, offering international students the chance to pursue Bachelor’s or Associate degrees at top Korean universities.It promotes academic excellence, global cultural exchange, and cross-national collaboration through Embassy, University, and UIC tracks.Students receive full financial support for tuition, living, airfare, language training, and more.
Who can apply

Must be a citizen of a participating country (non-Korean nationality; parents also non-Korean).

Age: Under 25 (born after March 1, 2001).

Education: High school graduate (or expected to graduate by Dec 31, 2025).

Grades: Minimum GPA 80% or top 20% (or CGPA ≥ 2.64/4.0).

Health: Physically and mentally fit.

Not previously enrolled in or graduated from a Korean university under a GKS program.
