We offer prestigious scholarships to outstanding Polish and U.S. students and scholars to study, teach and conduct research at Polish and U.S. higher education institutions. The Fulbright BioLAB Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded, one-year research traineeship for Master’s and PhD students in biological sciences, biophysics, or medicine. The program provides financial support, medical insurance, and visa sponsorship, while offering hands-on experience in U.S. laboratories. It is designed to enhance students’ research capacity, expand international collaboration, and prepare participants for advanced careers in academia or industry.
Master’s and PhD students in Poland (including foreign students enrolled at Polish universities)
Must hold at least a bachelor’s degree (Licencjat or Inżynier)
Must maintain enrollment at a Polish university during the program
Must have high GPA (4.0+ in Polish system)
Must show English proficiency (B2 or higher)
Eligible for an F-1 or J-1 U.S. visa
Requires two recommendation letters, preferably including one from a mentor familiar with lab or research work
