Scholarship description

Boise State University Scholarships 2026 provide full and partial funding opportunities for graduate (Master’s) and postgraduate (PhD) students from around the world. Covering a wide range of fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Arts, and Social Sciences, the scholarship includes tuition waiver, financial grants, residence, travel, and health insurance. The program aims to make world-class education at BSU accessible to international students and U.S. citizens (outside Idaho).

Who can apply

  • International students and U.S. citizens (except Idaho residents)

  • Master’s applicants: must hold a bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.30

  • PhD applicants: must hold a master’s degree

  • Strong academic record required

  • English proficiency proof (IELTS if previous degree not in English)

  • Applicants must apply to eligible graduate programs at BSU

Application Form

Applications are submitted online via the Boise State Graduate College portal. Applicants must:

  • Fill the online form

  • Submit transcripts, degree certificates, passport copy

  • Upload CV, motivation letter/statement of purpose

  • Provide two recommendation letters

  • Submit GRE/GMAT scores if required
