The Bilkent University Scholarships are fully funded opportunities for international Master’s and PhD students. The award covers tuition fees, monthly stipends, housing, private health insurance, a laptop, and travel support for presenting research at international conferences. Recipients are expected to actively contribute to research output and dissemination.
International students from all countries
BSc graduates or MSc students with at least 2.80/4.00 CGPA
English proficiency required: TOEFL iBT ≥ 87, IELTS ≥ 6.5 (with minimum 5.5 in each section), or Bilkent COPE ≥ C
GRE (≥ 153 quantitative) for international applicants; ALES (≥ 55 quantitative) for Turkish citizens residing in Turkey
