Job description
To support the development, coordination, and execution of in-store fixture programs aimed at enhancing product visibility, brand presence, and consumer engagement at the point of sale. This role ensures that all fixture solutions align with brand guidelines and retailer requirements, contributing to overall sales and marketing effectiveness.
Fixture Planning & Development:
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of POS display fixtures for key retail outlets.
- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and retailer standards.
Documentation & Deployment Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of fixture designs, technical specifications, and installation schedules.
- Track deployment progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Inventory & Maintenance Management:
- Monitor POSM and fixture inventory in the marketing warehouse.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and repairs to ensure optimal condition of in-store displays.
Vendor & Budget Coordination:
- Assist in vendor communication and support sourcing, quotation comparison, and basic procurement processes.
- Track spending to ensure activities stay within the approved trade marketing budget.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Support the consolidation of data and preparation of reports on fixture implementation, effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
- Contribute insights for continuous improvement of trade marketing initiatives.
Support other MKT activities when assigned

Who can apply
Requirements
Technical skills & experience
- At least 0-3 years experiences working in Consumer Electronics Industry or retailing background.
Degree and Language
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Personal Traits
- Good understanding of digital marketing and consumer behavior.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); basic design skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for store visits and fixture inspections..
- Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for marketing and brand building.
