Job description
- Identify and research potential clients, new markets, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, presentations, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
- Represent IRIS at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to enhance our market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
- Manage sales activities using CRM software, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Who can apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role (typically 1-2 years or more preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and proactive, with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business events.
