Job description

  • Identify and research potential clients, new markets, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, presentations, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
  • Represent IRIS at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to enhance our market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Manage sales activities using CRM software, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Skill(s) required

Who can apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role (typically 1-2 years or more preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and proactive, with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business events.
