Job description
- Guide candidates through account registration, profile completion, and CV upload/format best practices; troubleshoot common issues and escalate edge cases.
- Review candidate profiles for completeness and relevance; provide concise feedback templates to improve employability signals (skills, education, projects).
- Assist employers with account creation, company profile setup, and first‑job posting walkthroughs; maintain a quick‑start checklist and FAQ snippets.
- Execute verification steps (e.g., business details, contact validation, basic compliance checks) and track statuses in the CRM with timestamps and notes for auditability.
- Maintain up‑to‑date onboarding playbooks, email templates, and micro‑guides for candidates and organizations; capture repetitive issues to improve self‑service.
- Collect onboarding KPIs (time‑to‑verify, time‑to‑first‑post, profile completion rate) and prepare weekly reports with insights and improvement recommendations
- Build a lead list of universities, SMEs/NGOs, and campus programs; run structured outreach to invite organizations to register and recruit on the platform.
- Qualify leads, schedule product walkthroughs, and guide new partners to their first successful posting; log activities and outcomes in the CRM.
- Support occasional virtual/onsite career events, webinars, or partner training sessions focused on fresher hiring and employer onboarding.

Who can apply
- Final‑year student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Communications, or related fields; strong interest in HR operations and customer success for SaaS/marketplaces.
- Clear, empathetic communication in Vietnamese and professional English reading/writing; confident with email, chat, and call support etiquette.
- Detail‑oriented with process discipline; able to follow verification checklists and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets/CRM tools.
- Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace; bonus for CRM familiarity and basic data analysis for weekly metrics.
